Shipping Update
As of 9-30-09, we can legally ship wine to the following states.
We can ship wine directly to consumers living in the following states. Ordering is easy by phone, fax, online or in person.
AK, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NM, NY, OR, TX, VA
Wine can be shipped directly to consumers in the following states providing the wine was ordered and paid for in person at Lucas Vineyards.
AZ, DC, DE, IL, IN, KY, ME, OH, OK, SD, VT
We can ship wine to PA via state store. Please designate a store address when you place your order. PA requires a $4.50 handling fee, an 18% emergency tax and a 7% PA sales tax.
Wine is shipped via UPS ground and must be received by someone 21 or over. Shipping charges are
determined based on delivery destination.
